Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®)

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) developed by the late Dolores Cannon, is a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of ourselves that has been called The Higher Self, The Oversoul, even the Soul itself. When we incarnate on Earth, we forget our previous lives and connection to our souls and The Source.
QHHT® enables all people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to engage with what Dolores called The Subconscious, since it resides beyond the conscious mind. The Subconscious (SC) is that greater part of ourselves that is always connected to The Source, or God, and has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal the physical body. Sometimes mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives; sometimes they are connected to lessons being learned in a person’s present life. The SC reveals the cause and will assist according to any soul’s particular lessons.
Our role is not to interpret or direct your experience, but to provide a steady, grounded space where your inner wisdom can speak clearly. Each session is unique, unfolding in alignment with what you are ready to explore.

FAQs
1Will I be unconscious?
No. You will be deeply relaxed, but not unconscious. Many clients describe the experience as similar to meditation or a vivid daydream. You may feel very calm and inwardly focused, yet your subconscious remains responsive throughout the session.
2What if I don’t remember everything?
That’s completely normal. Some clients remember the entire session clearly, while others recall certain parts more fully after listening to their audio recording. Both experiences are common and supported. Nothing important is lost.
3Can I stop the session if I feel uncomfortable?
Yes. You may pause or stop at any time. Because hypnosis is a guided state, I will gently bring you fully out of relaxation using a clear counting process, ensuring you return feeling grounded and present.
4What if I don’t see images or visuals?
Not everyone experiences visuals. Insight may come as feelings, sensations, emotions, or simply a sense of knowing. Every experience is unique, and all forms of awareness are valid.
5Will I be in control?
Yes. You are never controlled or made to do anything against your will. This is a client-led process guided by your readiness and inner wisdom.
6How will I feel afterward?
Most clients awaken feeling relaxed, calm, and with an overall sense of well-being throughout the body. Some feel clear, reflective, or gently energized, while others feel deeply rested.
Because the session involves deep relaxation, it is important to drink water and eat soon after your session to help ground your body and support integration. Hydration and nourishment help you return to full balance and grounded.
7Do I receive a recording of my session?
Yes. You will receive a full audio recording of your session so you can revisit insights, messages, or moments that may not have felt fully conscious during the experience. Many clients find this deeply supportive for integration.
8Do I need to prepare in any special way?
No special preparation is required beyond arriving with openness and curiosity. However, many clients find it helpful to come with a written list of healing intentions or questions they would like their subconscious to address.
These may relate to physical, emotional, or life areas where clarity, understanding, or support is desired. This list simply helps guide the session—it does not limit what your subconscious chooses to explore.
9Is QHHT right for everyone?

With a background in conscious healing modalities (QHHT) and a deep respect for the mind–body connection, Mari’s approach blends intuition, compassion, and practical integration. She believes healing does not require force or perfection, but rather safety, presence, and trust in one’s inner wisdom.
Sanar Life was created as a space to pause, reconnect, and return to self—softly, honestly, and in alignment.
